- For Lenders
We work with a wide variety of financial institutions and professionals, including banks, mortgage brokers and private lenders and specialize in all aspects of mortgage loan transactions, including title examinations, title commitments, closings, recording, and title insurance policies. We also provide lenders with a quote for settlement services so they can compare it with those of other settlement service providers and provide their borrowers with the best rates available.
- For Buyers
From negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, examining title to the property, coordinating with sellers' attorneys, brokers and closing attorneys, we work to ensure that buyers are fully protected throughout the entire closing process, consistent with good practice as well as the ruling of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, Inc. v. National Real Estate Information Services, Inc.
- For Sellers

We work with sellers from the earliest stages of offer, acceptance, and purchase and sale agreement through closing. We coordinate with brokers, buyers, attorneys and closing attorneys and draft all necessary documents such as deeds, trustees' certificates and powers of attorney. We attend closings either with sellers or on behalf of sellers.
- For Brokers
We work with you to ensure a closing with no glitches whether you represent sellers or buyers. We prepare offers to purchase, purchase and sale agreements, settlement sheets, and all necessary closing documents. We also ensure that the transaction gets on record promptly and properly.
